Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GhostPostt AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

GhostPostt AI provides an AI-powered content repurposing service that accepts publicly accessible URLs and generates platform-ready content outputs using large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic). The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or free trial restrictions.
• One account per person; team accounts on Agency plan allow multiple named seats.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or incites violence
• Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications at scale
• Systematically reproduce copyrighted material without transformation or fair use justification
• Circumvent or abuse the generation limits of your plan
• Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without an Agency plan and written agreement
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service in ways that damage its infrastructure
• Submit URLs that contain illegal content or that you do not have the right to process

5. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of the source content you submit and the outputs generated from it. By submitting a URL, you represent that you have the right to process the content at that URL.

Generated outputs

GhostPostt assigns to you all rights in the generated outputs produced using your account. You may use, publish, modify, and monetise those outputs freely. You are responsible for ensuring the outputs comply with applicable laws, including disclosure requirements for AI-assisted content in your jurisdiction.

GhostPostt IP

The GhostPostt brand, interface, codebase, and underlying prompts remain the intellectual property of GhostPostt AI. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to copy or redistribute GhostPostt’s own materials.

6. Payment and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, via Stripe.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• The 7-day free trial applies once per account. Subsequent trials are at our discretion.
• Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Overdue invoices may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on paid plans. If you are unhappy for any reason within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact support@ghostpostt.ai for a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per account per plan tier.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostPostt’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to the Service and terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and displayed on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
