Plain English summary: We collect only what we need to run the service. We don’t sell your data. We don’t store the content you generate. We process your URLs server-side and return results to your browser. Your content is never used to train AI models.

GhostPostt AI (“GhostPostt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of Buildflin LLC, an AI-first holding company building and operating a portfolio of intelligent software products. Buildflin LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA.

2. What information we collect

Information you provide directly

Account information — email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers on our servers.
Support communications — messages sent to our support team or through our contact form.
Brand voice samples — writing samples you upload for voice training (Pro/Agency plans). These are processed to extract style parameters and stored only if you explicitly save a voice profile.

Information collected automatically

Usage data — pages visited, features used, generation counts, and timestamps. Used to improve the product and enforce plan limits.
Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, and operating system. Used for security and fraud prevention.
Cookies — authentication tokens and preference cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we do NOT collect or store

The content of URLs you submit for generation
The generated outputs (unless you explicitly save them to Output History)
Any information scraped from third-party websites you link to

3. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the GhostPostt service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (receipts, usage alerts, plan changes)
To send our newsletter, if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
To comply with legal obligations

4. AI processing and your content

When you submit a URL, GhostPostt fetches the publicly available content at that URL, extracts the text, and sends it to Anthropic’s Claude API for repurposing. The generated output is returned to your browser.

We do not store the source content or generated output in our database unless you explicitly save it using the Output History feature. If you enable Output History, saved outputs are retained for the period specified in your plan (7 days on Lite, 30 days on Starter, unlimited on Pro/Agency) and are deleted on account cancellation.

Anthropic’s API processes content under their privacy policy. As an API customer, we have opted out of data use for model training. Your content is not used to train Claude.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — AI generation (subject to API data processing terms)
Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
Loops — transactional and marketing email
Law enforcement — only when legally required, and only the minimum necessary data

6. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus 90 days after deletion (to handle disputes or recovery requests). Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Support communications are retained for 2 years.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ghostpostt.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers in raw form. We conduct regular security audits and maintain a responsible disclosure program.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and prominently displayed on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
